We, Donal's five sons, have taken on the challenge to run the Newry City 10k on the 26th May 2024, in memory of our daddy, Donal Farrell, who passed away in March this year. We wish to raise money for a local charity, Life & Time, that provided care and support for Daddy and the family in the last days of his life.

Life & Time is a local 'End of Life' Care Nursing service that operates in the communities of South Down, caring and supporting families who have a loved one at 'End of Life', at home. Life & Time is an Out of Hours service that employs nurses from local communities to care for their communities, so they can respond quickly when a family call. These nurses support families between the hours of 10pm to 8am nightly providing the same care, symptom control and support that an EOLC patient would receive in a hospice or hospital setting.
