This November, I’m committing to 30 days of yoga to raise money for Mind, a charity that does incredible work supporting people with mental health challenges.
Yoga helped more than I ever expected.
Yoga has given me space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with myself. On days when anxiety or low mood made everything feel heavy, yoga offered a few moments just to be. It’s not about fancy poses or flexibility, it’s about showing up, being present and giving your mind a break.
Mental health matters to all of us and Mind is there for so many people who are struggling, offering advice, support and a voice when it’s needed most.
If you are able to donate, every little bit helps Mind continue their amazing work. And if not your encouragement and support mean just as much as I take on this challenge.
