The Retail Trust is the charity for everyone working in retail. Last year alone, our 24-hour wellbeing helpline took a call every 37 minutes, giving much-needed mental health support, financial aid and counselling to colleagues in need.
Bridge the Gap is a FatFace company-wide initiative which all UK colleagues will take part in. There will be a team of 50 FatFace employees taking part in the 25km Thames Bridges Trek Ultra Challenge, and all other colleagues from UK stores walking a local bridge route together.
