I am embarking on an exciting challenge by training for the Weymouth Ironman 70.3 on September 20, 2026. This journey started on November 1, 2025, when I weighed 130kg and thought enough was enough. I wanted a change, and make a difference.

Talk Club is a UK male mental health charity. In the UK, 76% of suicides are male. Talk Club seeks to change these appalling statistics through a community of peer-to-peer talk and listening or exercising, and therapy groups to drive change in how men connect.

By donating to my fundraiser you're helping Talk Club to grow Talk & Listen, Talk & Exercise, and Talk Club Therapy groups. These groups are safe and confidential spaces to encourage more men to open up and take charge of their mental health. This, in turn, saves lives.
