Story
On Saturday 3rd May, Team Fatto will be trekking 26 miles to do the South Downs Challenge for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
We have chosen this challenge and this charity in support of our wonderful friends Juliette and Nick, and their AMAZING daughter Savanna. In September 2024, 15 month old Savanna was diagnosed with leukaemia. The care and support The Royal Marsden has provided the family throughout this devastating time has been nothing short of outstanding. The treatment Savanna has received has been excellent, providing Juliette and Nick with some much-needed reassurance, and some comfort to know that she is being so well looked after.
Savanna is now in remission, though she still has 2 years of pretty rough chemotherapy ahead of her, with the aim of keeping the chance of relapse as low as possible. The Royal Marsden will continue to treat and support Savanna throughout this time, and we would like to say thank you to the amazing cancer treatment centre by raising some money for them through this walk.
Savanna loves pizza, but Fatto loves Savanna more.
Any donation, however small, will be gratefully received.
