As part of Marathons for Miracles, I am running a marathon on 3rd April in support of the incredible efforts of Ollie Brown and the team.

39 marathons in 39 weeks across 39 counties; 39 being the crucial number of weeks which marks a full term pregnancy.

This incredible adventure will see so many of us come together to run a marathon alongside Ollie, all whilst sharing our stories & experiences of pregnancy / baby loss.

For me personally, it is a story that I have not shared ever really. An experience that I have not spoken about with some of my closest friends and so it has been quite nerve racking deciding to step out of the shadows.

However, now at nearly 32 years of age, seeing so many friends suffer with fertility struggles, baby loss and for myself wanting to become a mum more so than ever, I couldn’t not join Ollie and the wonderful efforts of this project.

It seems to be the quiet crisis so many couples are struggling through. By doing these challenges, it is hoped stories shared have a positive impact on anyone who needs to hear they are not alone & that there is support and love out there for everyone struggling through this.
