Recently one of the most amazing men in my life lost his life due to mental health struggles. Kieran was the most kind, loving, funny, selfless, beautiful person I ever knew. He suffered in silence yet still gave his all to everyone he knew 🤍

Over 36,000 people every year lose their battle to mental health and we need to change that.

So to honour Kieran and every other person going through this same struggle myself and my 16 year old brother Jack are going to run / walk 36km in one day. This is just 8km off a full marathon. Kieran always used to support my half assed attempts at running, I could barely make a 3K but he would always applaud me every time. But this time we are going to make you proud! We are giving ourselves just over 6 weeks to get ready it's not going to be easy but we are going to do this. We will be completing this challenge on 6th September 2026.
