My name is David and I'm the host of the Football, Beer and Punk Rock Podcast in Dundee.

We are raising funds for Alzheimer Scotland by hosting a charity football tournament at the Change Centre (Lynch Centre) in Dundee which will include some ex-footballers and members of the Scottish Punk Rock scene. At night, we'll be hosting a Q&A with said footballers as well as hosting a punk rock show including myself (with a band), The Bucky Bombs and The Overbites at The North End Sports Club.

Alzheimer's disease has affected my family for as long as I can remember and sadly, continues to today. My Nana and late Aunty Catherine both were affected by this awful disease so we are hosting this event to raise funds for the essential work that Alzheimer Scotland do for supporting people with dementia. Alzheimer Scotland provides support and information for individuals and their loved ones, as well as fund vital dementia research.
