Freddie, Fin and Camron will each be taking on the challenge of completing 3,000 push ups in 29 days, meaning an average of 103 push-ups a day.

We are also all competitive so likely will also try to beat one another so 3,000 is the minimum target.

We are doing this to help raise money for St Wilfrid's Hospice, to pay for an extra days worth of the vital care and compassion they provide to local lives.
