Shazzie's Race!

Come on this journey with my Sister and me!

I chose Action for A-T (Ataxia-telangiectasia) is because it's a condition similar to Lupus. They both affect the immune system.

Lupus took my Sister's life at the age of 29.

It came as a shock to me. I did not know what to do. Lighting a candle each year on her anniversary and birthday helped heal. But I wanted to do more for her, and for people who are still here with us.

Running always helps remember her, that she is always with me when it gets hard at 30km. If she could fight for her life race, I can run this marathon.

She loved the States, my end goal is to honour her life at the Boston Marathon.

In doing so, I am sure, she would want me to help as many people as I can on this journey.

I would be truly grateful if you would join me and my sis in raising money for the children and their families living with this devastating condition.

Those who know me, would know I am a really shy person, so I don't usually ask for money.

So even if it's a dollar, I am truly grateful. :)
