Our beautiful young daughter, Chloe, passed away suddenly but peacefully on 9 February. Chloe was registered as an organ donor and went on to save the lives of 7 people. We have witnessed first hand the importance of the donor family network and the support they provide to the families who are dealing with unimaginable grief as well as those on the other side of the coin, those receiving the gift of life.
