Story

Felicity has such a big heart and will move heaven and earth to help anyone in need, and with her hair growing at excessive lengths, so fast she has certainly found her calling card.

She has helped raise money for Little Princess trust since being a tot.

In 2017, at the age of just 6 years old, felicity made her first donation of 14" of her lovely locks and in the process, made all her friends and family so proud.

However, when she received her certificate and thank you letter she was heart broken. as the charity had mentioned that it costs them £550 to turn each donation in to a real hair wig, however they give them to the children for free. Felicity was so disappointed that she hadn't got the sponsors to cover their costs, she decided to grow her hair again and raise the money for them.

By 2019, Felicity had managed to grow her hair back and after raising the £550.00 she donated another whopping 16" of her hair. But before the hairdresser was even half way through cutting her hair, Felicity announced that she planned to do it again.

So she grew it again and in 2021 she donated a further 12" of her hair and raised £720.00.

With all her great work she even managed to inspire her little sister Billie-Jo to help (age 6 at the time) and in 2023 Billie-Jo donated 10.5" of her hair and raised a further £575.

Now just 3 years on and Felicity's hair has grown right down her back again and she is planning on cutting off in excess of 13" off to donate to the Little Princess trust and is hoping with everyone's help, to raise around £1000.00.

Amazingly, this will be her FORTH time donating to the Charity and I dare say with the speed her hair grows it's unlikely to be the last.

Felicity said "As long as my hair keeps growing this fast, I will keep donating it to the Little Princesses".

The big cut will be done by Andrea Purvis at APSalon on Fenkle Street in Alnwick Northumberland in September 2024 so please help Felicity hit her target before then.

Thank you for taking the time to read her story.
