Hello,

As those of you that know me I live with the challenges that asthma brings. However, in October I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise funds for St Michaels Hospice in Hereford.

This is a fantastic charity that is very close to my heart.

St Michaels Hospice gave end of life care for my Grandmother (Nannie) and I truly learnt what an amazing place it is.

My Nannie was an inspiration to us all. Her warmth and nurturing spirit touched everyone she met.

She was a huge part of my life and meant so much to me and my family. I am so grateful that my children got to know her and of the special bond they shared together.

This is my chance to give back to St Michaels Hospice for everything they did for Nannie and the whole family.

And for the dedication and care they continue to give to so many others.
