Hi all - I'm running the Hackney Half Marathon for St Mungo's, a charity combatting homelessness in the UK. Running has rarely been apart of the personal regime, however we're getting towards the 'mid 20's' now and residing in London by proxy means you literally have to run around your local park on a Saturday.

St Mungo's is a brilliant charity supporting over 3000 people per night so any donations are enormously appreciated.
