For more than 120 years CSM RFC has held a huge Varsity Match with the intent of raising money for good causes. The charity this year is Sport in Mind whose mission is to provide sporting opportunities through accessible events and activities to those that face mental health complications. The side effect for supporting such a great cause is that every player whose first year it is playing this game needs to get a Bottle Haircut. These are not for the faint of heart, but in the name of charity and for the love of the game, I am honoured to be participating in this historic event regardless of the dignity I am about to lose.
