In April I’m running in the 39th legendary Marathon des Sables—widely known as the toughest footrace on Earth.

- 250km over 6 days through the Sahara Desert.

- Self-sufficient, meaning I’ll carry all my own food, gear, and essentials for the entire race.

- Temperatures above 40°C, sand dunes, rocky terrain.

I’m doing this to raise awareness and support for SANE, the same incredible charity I ran 100km for last year.

SANE provides vital support for individuals and their families affected by mental illness.
