Training for a Tri is tough, but life can be tough too. Lots of young people struggle with things like anxiety, stress, low confidence or feeling overwhelmed, and it can be hard to know where to turn.

We're supporting Family Compass because they help children and young people when life is difficult. We wanted to take on a challenge and raise money for a cause we care about.

If you're young and going through a hard time right now, this is for you too. Things won't always feel the way they do today. Keep going, keep talking, and don't be afraid to reach out for support if you need it.
