We are raising money for In-Deep Community Task Force which is a grassroots charity working with isolated older people and disabled children and their families in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Lambeth and surrounding areas.

As well as volunteering at their community lunch club we were offered a further fundraising opportunity by taking part in the Saucony 10k in London on July 13th. Joe, Sally and Tom will be getting on their running shoes and would love your support!

The money raised goes on their Older People's Projects including activities such as the choir which cost £400 a month. Activities for children with SEND including their oval music therapy sessions which will enable autistic children to learn to communicate. This costs £300 a month.
