In September 2026 I am taking part in the Enduroman Arch 2 Arc London to Paris team challenge in aid of Aspire. Aspire team "Narwhal" includes Dave, Jamie, Kathrine, Sarah, Oliver, and myself who will be setting off in relay fashion sometime in the first week of September (weather and tide dependant) to complete the challenge consisting of:

Running - 87 miles from London Marble Arch to Dover

Swimming - 21 miles across the English Channel

Cycling - 181 miles from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris

About Aspire

Every two hours in the UK someone is paralysed by a spinal cord injury; it can happen to anyone at any time, and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire exists because there is currently no cure. Aspire provide practical help, supporting spinal injured people from injury to independence. They receive no government funding, so every penny they raise is vital to the charity. The more we raise, the more we can do.
