Fi & Chris Walk the Camino Way for 3Pillars Project: Changing Lives in the Criminal Justice System!
Hello everyone,
We're Fi and Chris, and we're taking on the incredible challenge of walking the Camino Way! We're not just doing this for the personal journey; we're walking to raise vital funds for the amazing 3Pillars Project. www.3pillarsproject.com
Founded in London in 2015 by Mike Crofts (Fiona's nephew) after his service in the British Army, 3Pillars Project has gone from strength to strength, making a real difference in the lives of young people involved in the criminal justice system.
The project tackles the significant challenges faced by young people who often come from backgrounds including care experience (66% in Young Offenders Institutes are Care Experienced) and a significant number have faced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), which unfortunately can lead to cycles of reoffending. 3Pillars Project provides crucial support to help these young individuals successfully reintegrate into society after leaving prison, giving them the tools and opportunities to lead positive lives.
Your donation will directly support their life-changing work. 3Pillars Project provides essential mentoring, skills development, and access to vital resources. Their impact is clear: they are helping to break the cycle of reoffending and empowering young people to build a brighter future.
Every step we take on the Camino will be dedicated to supporting their mission. We're motivated by the knowledge that your generosity will directly contribute to:
* Reducing Reoffending: Helping young people make positive choices and avoid returning to the criminal justice system.
* Building Resilience: Supporting young people to overcome past trauma and build a stronger future.
* Creating Opportunities: Providing access to education, training, and employment to foster independence.
Please, if you can, donate today. Your contribution, no matter the size, will make a tangible difference in the lives of these young people and contribute to a safer community.
Thank you for your support!
