To support Mens Health month, I will be offering three Somatic Movement classes on Monday 3rd, 10th and 17th November at 19.30 - 20.30 in Neuadd Goffa Bethel, Caernarfon LL55 1YE.

Many people find it hard to speak openly or ask for help, but talking can be life-saving – whether it's with a colleague, family member, friend or helpline like Samaritans. Every 10 seconds, Samaritans volunteers respond to a call for help. Samaritans are available, for free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to listen and support people with whatever they are facing, with no judgement. It’s only your kind donations and 23,000 listening volunteers that ensure Samaritans can always be there for anyone struggling to cope. Thank you for your help.

That’s why I’m supporting Samaritans this Movember. All proceeds from my Somatic Yoga classe on Monday 10th November will be going to support this amazing charity.

More about my class: Somatic movements are gentle, mindful, fluid exercises to help you to release stored tension and trauma in your body. Tension may be affecting the way you move or think. With practice, it can help you to cope with stress, anxiety and fatigue, yet help build resilience, assist healing, bring relief and improve flexibility and sleep.
