I am very proud to work with amazing people, who do incredible things every day, making a difference to the lives of our patients, families and staff. In appreciation, I will be taking a 'leap' out of my comfort zone and abseiling down the New Acute Services Block to raise money for Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Charity and the current appeals for Critical Care, Maternity, Neonatal Unit, Theatres and Sensory Equipment for children’s pods and areas.

I've walked the stairs to the top of the building, it's a long way up - I never imagined I would be making my way down on the outside at speed!
