I am taking part in the Cold Dip Challenge in November for the Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home. I am doing this in memory of my amazing friend Linn Kent who left us very suddenly earlier this year. Linn was a big supporter of the Cat and Dog home and took many of their dogs home. This is in memory of Linn and her lovely dogs; Becky and Jackson.

My aim is to do 10 cold water dips in the month of November - hopefully it will be as balmy as the photo above. I haven't swum outdoors in November before so this will be a new challenge.
