Will I beat my record?

I suspect this will be my slowest marathon to date!

My training has been even more rubbish than usual, and there are only 33 days to go...

... however I'm looking forward to seeing Nessie again (she swam along with me last year) and hobbling around Inverness a bit after the run.

I felt welcome and comfortable there last year, which inspired me to go back, and hopefully to raise a few bob for New Start Highland.
