Ayrshire Cancer Support are delighted to launch The Ayrshire 100 - a brand‑new challenge for 2026.

I’ll cover 100 km over the full month of May, in whatever way works best - walking, running, cycling, swimming, or a mix of everything.

Having recently been supported by the wonderful staff and volunteers at Ayrshire Cancer Support I want to try to raise some funds to help others benefit from their compassion and care.

In its debut year, Ayrshire Cancer Support hope the people of Ayrshire will come together, get active, and support a cause close to home. Whether you’re already out walking regularly or looking for a reason to start, this is a great way to move more and make a meaningful difference in our community.

The Ayrshire 100 is all about being active, exploring our beautiful county, and raising vital funds for local cancer support services.
