Dreams Come True are a national charity whose mission is to enrich the lives of children with serious and life-limiting conditions living in the highest areas of deprivation in the country, by fulfilling their dreams.

Whether its a UK family getaway for a young cancer patient, a specifically adapted trike for a child with cerebral palsy, or a room makeover for a seriously ill child, each dream brings moments of magic and has a lasting impact for years to come.

I first became aware of Dreams Come True 14 years ago when I was offered a place to run the New York marathon as part of a large group on their behalf, many miles (and marathons) later I have another opportunity to raise funds for them enabling the dreams of others to be realised whilst hopefully fulfilling mine of completing the marathon majors whilst running the iconic London marathon in April 2026.
