I'm taking the plunge and swimming 21 miles in July and August, to help make sure everybody with CF can live a life unlimited.

Those who know me, will know this charity is extremely close to my heart. Everyday I watch my daughter, Zara, courageously battle life with CF. She takes everything in her stride and is truly the strongest, most resilient person I know ❤️

I will be completing this challenge in a 25m pool, meaning the total number of lengths is 1,352 🏊

My fundraising will be helping Cystic Fibrosis Trust fund vital research as they race towards effective treatments for all.

Together, we can make sure everyone with CF can look forward to a brighter future 💛
