Hello everyone!

I’m excited to share that I will be participating in the Great North Run, and I’m proud to be running for the charity Missing People. Their mission is to ensure that every missing child and adult, along with their loved ones, receives the help and hope they need to reconnect.

Did you know that a person is reported missing every 90 seconds in the UK? That adds up to a staggering 170,000 individuals each year. Behind every statistic is a story, a family, and friends who are left in despair, searching for answers. Missing People is the only charity in the UK dedicated to supporting those affected by a person going missing, offering vital services to help reunite families and provide emotional support during their darkest times.

As I prepare to lace up my running shoes and take on this challenge, I am reaching out to you for support.
