LTSB prepares and supports bright young people who face disadvantage into sustainable careers through well-paid apprenticeships with high-quality employers. We help young people develop personally and professionally, so they can enter, and remain in fulfilling employment, for the long term.

Story

First Intuition Essex are taking a 'Big Step Forward' into 2025. 18 members of staff are walking a combined 5 million steps to support Learning Through Sports Business - a charity helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds step into meaningful roles within major firms.

Our goal? To make every step we take count towards transforming young lives.
