1000 Sun Salutations for the Baytree Centre

Join us on on July the 15th as we salute the sun (over and over again 😅) to raise money for the wonderful Baytree Centre.

We want to get as many bodies as possible moving together & sharing their gorgeous energy, doing what this lot are making look easy but is actually a very physically demanding exercise. You can help us make this day extra special by coming down and getting stuck in for a cheeky 5 minutes or for the whole two hours if you start enjoying the feels. Sun salutations not only build physical strength & flexibility they’re also a beautiful moving meditation for clearing the mind and balancing the nervous system.

If getting sweaty on a Saturday isn’t your jam 🤪 you could grab yourself an ice cream, come laugh at us insertad and throw a couple of quid in the pot for an incredible cause….

The Baytree Centre is a social inclusion charity for women and girls, based in the heart of Brixton, south London. An integral part of the community since 1991, they provide holistic support through personal development activities and workshops, mentoring, coaching, as well as English classes and integration support for newly arrived migrants and refugees.

We will be in Brockwell Park from 10am-12pm (watch this space for exact location nearer the date) and welcome you to come join us at any point along the way or just for coffee, pastries and hang times after.
