Hello, and thank you for visiting our fundraising page! We're a vibrant gym community from Fit Body Bristol, united by our passion for fitness and our commitment to making a difference. This year, we are stepping up to support Mind, a charity dedicated to providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
Our challenge is no small feat! We are tackling either a 25km or 50km walk or jog, pushing our limits, and stepping together for mental health.
Mind is a cause close to our hearts, as mental health touches all of us, either directly or through the people we love. They work tirelessly to offer support, respect, and advocacy to those in need. By sponsoring our walk, you're helping to fund essential services and support that can truly change lives.
