As a big supporter of the Furnley House Foundation, Sophie Rizan of fellow B Corp, Cadastra (formerly Digital Ethos), has agreed to take part in the Furnley House FiveAthlon!!

She will be taking part in the 4th Chapter at Willen Lake, Milton Keynes, Swimming 2k. The rest of the Furnley House team will continue the race, Riding 56 miles and Running a Half Marathon.

Steps Conductive Education Centre: Our chosen charity of the year. The remarkable work they do to support children with disabilities and the environment they've created is nothing short of inspiring.

FOCUS: Focus has been inspiring young people, aged 13- 25 years, to make positive changes in their lives and in their communities for over 30 years.

Heartwize: Provide support and training in basic resuscitation skills, showing how to recognise and respond to a cardiac arrest. This will increase the chance of survival for those affected and saving thousands of lives every year.
