Fleur’s memorial fundraiser

Milo Cooper is raising money for Amnesty International UK
In memory of Fleur Brennan
Amnesty International UK is movement of ordinary people standing up for humanity and human rights. Some of our campaigns includes refugees, climate change, children's rights, women's rights, and conflict-affected countries. When we unite even the smallest acts of humanity make a difference.

Story

Fleur dedicated her life to peace.

She was a lifelong humanitarian and activist, who lived her values everyday through actions big and small - it is almost impossible to find a single organisation which spans the breadth of causes for which she cared.

Amnesty International, however, comes close, and is a charity which was always dear to her heart. 50 years ago, she set up the Westminster Amnesty International Group with Colin, and she spent endless hours marching (or tricycling), fundraising and raising awareness for Amnesty and the causes it represents.

Colin, Zoe, Malachy and Nora, and their families - especially Fleur’s grandchildren: Indigo, Evelyn, Ophelia, Linus and Milo - would deeply appreciate donations to Amnesty in Fleur’s honour and memory.

Please join us for the Requiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Fleur Brennan at The Church of the Holy Apostles, Pimlico, Winchester Street, SW1V 4NE on 2 March 2026 at 12:00pm. All welcome, no flowers please.
