Story
Over ten days, I’m pushing myself to walk 165 miles from Durham all the way home for Christmas — crossing two countries, countless hills, and a whole lot of British winter weather.
I’m doing this to raise money for the Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling Centre (RSACC). Their work is life-changing: they provide specialist counselling and vital support for survivors across County Durham and Darlington, offering safety, belief, and hope when it’s needed most.
By listening, believing and supporting everyone we meet, we hope to empower all survivors to take their first steps towards healing and, in their own time, learn how to live again.
I am doing this as a part of a larger fundraising effort; a charity fashion show for which I am Co Creative Director. The Revival show will happen in February with all funds raised donated to RSACC.
Thank you for your support towards both my journey and the essential work of RSACC.
