On Saturday 18th October 2025 a team from Preston Redman Solicitors will take part in The YMCA Bournemouth BIG Sleep Easy 2025.

The members of staff taking part are Philippa Rawlinson, Georgia Hems and Elicia Gravett, all trainee solicitors with the firm.

The purpose of the event is to raise awareness of homelessness and fundraise for YMCA Bournemouth a local charity based in Bournemouth Town Centre. YMCA Bournemouth provide short term accommodation for people who have been sleeping rough. They are provided with care and support to enable them to secure long term secure accommodation.

The BIG Sleep Easy will involve spending the night sleeping rough to experience the challenges of those without a home. The team will be provided with card boxes to set up the shelter and can “decorate” the shelters as they wish.

The team will be seeking to raise funds to ensure this vital local service continues. The team are looking to raise at least £500.
