Story

Hello, my name is Florence Wright. I am an aspiring Veterinarian and since completing my foundation year at the Univeristy of UClan I have become more aware of the issues within the animal community. I am raising money by running a half marathon in Ludlow this summer for the RSPCA to aid a stop in the dog and cat meat trade, to help save endangered species and to give animals on the streets a home. It has always been my dream to become a Vet, and I am so appreciative that UClan gave me an opportunity to do this. I have had so many opportunities from my University and from many hours of volunteering (below are just a few example photos), which have all been so incredible to be apart of and I wish I could do more. Which is why I would be so thankful for any donations, your contributions will be put towards an excellent cause and I cant wait to run for the animals. 😊
