Peak Pursuit - Pen Y Fan · 5 July 2025

We believe that everyone deserves the basics in life, no matter what crisis, illness, disability or difficulty they may be going through. We change lives by providing essential items, including food, clothing, beds, cookers and fridges to help improve quality of life for vulnerable people in need.

Story

We are Flourish Support Services and we support people with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and some Physical Disabilities.

Our team of service users, support staff and volunteers are walking to the peak of Pen Y Fan, south Wales highest peak.

We have started training with the help of a local PT Yasmin Welton (Yazzfit) and we are hoping to make the peak on Saturday 5th July 2025.

We are raising money for Charity Link who have supported people in varying ways including referrals for essential unaffordable items like washing machines.

We are also raising money for Harborough Against Bullying (HAB) an amazing service that supports victims of bullying and offers mental health support.
