108 Sun Salutations for Palestine – Emergency Fundraiser.

On the 21st of June, I’ll be completing *108 Sun Salutations* – a physically and mentally demanding yoga practice – to raise vital funds for the **Palestinian Emergency Appeal**.

Why 108? In yoga, 108 is a sacred number symbolizing spiritual completion. By dedicating this practice to Palestine, I’m honoring those suffering and standing in solidarity with a community that needs our help.
