On the shortest day of the year/ Winter Solstice/Wednesday 21st December at 10 AM Derek will start walking laps of the lake at Druridge Bay Country Park.

He will walk for 24 hours!!!!

There will be a base camp in the first car park on the left, where the support team will be collecting for the charity. Feel free to use this as a meeting point if you would like to join him for a lap.

If you don't want to walk a lap we have a firepit and you are most welcome to bring some wood, gather with the support team, cheer Derek on and have a mince pie.
