I am raising money in memory of my mum, who I lost to cancer far too young at the age of 66.

In 2026, I began cycling across Europe, a journey of approximately 23,000 kilometres through 41 countries, to raise awareness about cancer prevention and to fundraise in aid of the World Cancer Research Fund.

This journey is deeply personal. My mum loved food, cooking and bringing people together. Along the road, I am sharing stories about food, active lifestyle, community and healthy living, and talking about the everyday choices that can help shape our long-term health, and reduce the risk of getting cancer.

I cannot bring my mum back, but I can carry her memory across Europe and help support research and awareness that may protect other families in the future.
