I've sponsored girls and their communities with Plan since my own children were small. It's an effective and thoughtful force for good, working in the communities they serve to enable the agenda to be local: the 'working with, not doing to' principle at the heart of my work.

Don't worry if you can't give much. Everything helps. I began by adding an 'extra child' to our family's pocket-money giving. Even if it's just the price of a cup of coffee or tea (in gratitude to growers), thank you for making a difference.
