On November 2nd, 2021, I lost my younger brother Ben to suicide. He was 22 years old. In his memory, I am running the ARC100, a 100-mile ultramarathon from Coverack to Porthtowan on the 23rd of January to raise awareness and money for the Samaritans, who provide a lifeline to others who may be struggling in silence.
