CHFT Pharmacy are holding an Easter raffle and coffee morning to raise money for the Forget Me Not Children's Hospice. The Medication Safety Team and Clinical Director of Pharmacy have been working closely with the hospice and seen first hand the amazing work that they do. They currently have an appeal out for funds to help continue the amazing service that they provide.
