Story
Get ready to 'Outshine the Darkness' with us. Our Summer Solstice 12-Hour AMRAP Challenge on Saturday, June 21st, isn't just about pushing our own limits; we're also taking it on for an awesome cause: Alzheimer's awareness.
We're linking our 'Summer Grindstone' challenge to the Alzheimer's Association's yearly 'The Longest Day' campaign. This campaign happens on the summer solstice – the day with the most daylight – and it's all about participants choosing an activity to 'Outshine the Darkness' of Alzheimer's and other dementias.
Here's how we can all make a difference:
During the Challenge: Every single meter rowed, skied, biked, and every bench press rep on June 21st will be our way of shining a light on Alzheimer's.
Donate at Reception: From June 21st to July 21st, we'll have a purple bucket at reception. If you've got any spare change, please chuck it in – every little bit helps!
Every contribution, big or small, helps fund vital research and supports those affected by Alzheimer's. Let's dig deep for a cause that touches so many lives.
