Story
Next February, I’ll be taking on the biggest physical and mental challenge of my life (again): the Hong Kong Four Trails Ultra Challenge (HK4TUC) — one of the toughest endurance events on the planet. It’s 298km with 14,500m of elevation gain — the equivalent of running seven marathons back-to-back, each with 2000m of climbing, and doing it non-stop, without sleep.
This time, I’ll be running to raise over SG$100,000 for UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund, to give humanitarian support For Every Child, whenever and wherever they are in crisis.
To kick things off, I’ll be personally matching all donations up to SG$10,000 / UK$5,000. My company will also be matching donations for Figma employees.
UNICEF ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. In 190 countries and territories, UNICEF works to save children’s lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfil their potential, from early childhood through adolescence.
Every donation will help to build a better world for every child.

UPDATE: I finished the challenge in 58hours 43mins with the help and support of my amazing team Jo Lodder, Tomo Ihara, Chris Timms and Indra Pamamull. Thanks for all the support.
