Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

We are Conor, Chris, Ryan & George and we are taking part in the Bath Half-Marathon to raise vital funds for Brain Tumour Research.

In April 2024, Conor’s dad was diagnosed with a glioblastoma, an aggressive type of brain tumour. He’s currently undergoing treatment, fighting with everything he has. Sadly, only 25% of people diagnosed with glioblastoma survive beyond a year. This devastating reality is why we’re determined to make a difference.

Chris’s work as an assistant psychologist has also shown him firsthand the challenges faced by children and young people with acquired brain injuries, including brain tumours. These experiences make our mission personal, urgent, and incredibly meaningful.

Every penny raised will support groundbreaking research and bring us closer to the ultimate goal: a cure for brain tumours. Your donation can give hope to families like Conor’s and countless others facing this heartbreaking battle.

💖 Please donate today and join us in this fight. Together, we can make a difference.

Thank you so much for your kindness and support,

Chris, Conor, Ryan & George
