Post Menopause is for life and on average 30% of a woman’s life. Research and studies mean we understand better than ever before how hormone decline accelerate’s ageing and many health conditions we are faced with are more prevalent in women because they live without hormones.
so wether you are 50/60/70/80 or beyond my presentation will help you understand why you might struggle with sleep, low mood, joint pain, heart palpitations, tinnitus, dry eyes to name a few even though menopause feels like a life time ago.
We will then discuss what you can do to support yourself better either on your own of the help of your GP.
