In November 2023, my Auntie Janet passed away after a short battle with a brain tumour. In her final weeks, the incredible team at Dove House Hospice cared for her with such kindness and compassion, which meant everything to our family.

I’m running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for Dove House. As a fairly new runner, this is a big challenge, but one I’m proud to take on. Any support would mean so much — thank you.

Auntie Janet was a wonderful, kind, empathetic, intelligent woman. She lived for her daughters Claire and Alida, and her five grandchildren. She was a second mum to me, I know she will be super proud of me for helping Dove House in her memory.
