Thanks for visiting our page. We are running Cardiff Half Marathon in October 2023 and raising money for the British Heart Foundation. We would be so grateful for your support.

We sadly lost our amazing Dad after he had a cardiac arrest aged 60 in 2018. We miss him so much. We would like to raise some money for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) who carry out life saving cardiac research and are continuously looking for new ways to save it if something goes wrong.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. With support, the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
