This July, we are taking on the Dandelion Dash, a 5K challenge that helps raise awareness of pregnancy and baby loss and supports the vital work of Aching Arms.

After sadly losing our first baby to miscarriage in December 2025, Aching Arms have provided us with much needed support and a comfort bear that has brought an immeasurable amount of physical comfort in the heartbreaking months of grief that have followed.

We have since given the name 'Macsi Amor' as a gender neutral name with symbolism of "great" and "love" and Welsh and Italian links which holds special meaning for us. We will complete this 5K in their memory on 11th July as this was our last estimated due date. "Carried for a short time, loved for a lifetime"

By supporting our challenge, you’ll be helping raise vital funds to provide comforting Dandelion Bears to children grieving the loss of their baby sibling and enabling the charity to expand its much needed services.
